Einviteme Studio ("we", "us", or "our") built the Smart Auto-Scroll app as a Free/Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Einviteme Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The core functionality of Smart Auto-Scroll requires the use of the Android AccessibilityService API. We are fully committed to your privacy and want to be transparent about how this API is used:

• Why we need it: The Accessibility API is used exclusively to (a) read the user interface to detect the TikTok video progress bar to know when a video finishes, and (b) perform an automated swipe-up gesture to scroll to the next video for a hands-free viewing experience.
• What we DO NOT do: We do not use the Accessibility API to read, collect, record, or monitor your keystrokes, private messages, passwords, camera, microphone, or any screen content outside of the video playback elements.

2. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store any personally identifiable information.

This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email, phone number, contacts, or your TikTok login credentials. All your app configurations and preferences are kept strictly on your local device's storage.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Our application utilizes Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve advertisements.

While we do not collect personal data, Google AdMob may process non-personal, anonymous device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID / GAID) and diagnostic data to deliver relevant ads and prevent fraud.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our application is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect any personal data on our servers, there is no data to delete from our end. You retain full control over the application on your device.
