This Privacy Policy explains how Einviteme Studio ("We," "Us," or "Our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with your use of the Band 11 Companion (the "Application").
1. Data We Collect
We prioritize your privacy. This Application is designed as a utility and guide for Huawei Band 11 users and collects the following types of data:
1.1. Information Provided by the User
- Health Log Data: When you use the Activity Log feature, you may manually enter health metrics such as steps, water intake, sleep duration, and heart rate. This data is processed and stored locally on your device (using localStorage) and is NOT transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties.
- Device Identification Data: Basic technical information (Device Model, OS Version) may be used for compatibility analysis to ensure the app runs smoothly on your specific hardware.
1.2. Information Collected by Third Parties (Advertising)
The Application uses third-party services to display advertisements. These third parties may collect and use data for their own purposes, subject to their own privacy policies.
- Google Play Services & AdMob: Our Application uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect unique device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to provide personalized or contextual ads. You can read their policy here: Google Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Information
We use the data to:
- Provide the core functionality of health tracking and setup guides.
- Improve app performance and fix technical bugs.
- Show relevant advertisements to keep the Application free for users.
3. Data Security
We do not collect "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) on our servers. Any health data you enter stays on your phone. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your device data, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Local Health Data: All health logs and activity data are stored locally on your device indefinitely as long as the Application remains installed. We do not have access to, nor do we retain, this data on any external servers.
- Advertising Data: Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies.
5. Data Deletion and User Rights
You have full control over your data and can request or perform deletion at any time:
- Manual Deletion: You can delete individual health logs directly within the "Activity Log" section of the Application.
- Clearing Application Data: You can remove all locally stored data by clearing the Application's cache and storage through your device's system settings (Settings > Apps > Band 11 Companion > Storage > Clear Data).
- Uninstalling the Application: Uninstalling the Application will automatically and permanently delete all locally stored health data from your device.
- Advertising ID: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads via your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
6. Children's Privacy
Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
7. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. Data is only shared with Google AdMob for advertising purposes or if required by law to comply with legal processes.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
