This Privacy Policy describes how E INVITE ME (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with your use of the “Geotag Camera: GPS Location” mobile application (the “Application”).

1. Data We Collect (Information Collection and Use)

We DO NOT collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) directly through the Application.

However, the Application requires certain permissions to function and collects non-personal data, primarily through third-party services:

• Device Information: Data such as device model, operating system (OS), and device ID (like Google Advertising ID) collected by advertising services to show relevant ads.
• Application Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Application (e.g., which templates are used, which buttons are clicked) for internal analytics and crash reporting purposes.
• Camera Access: The Application requires access to your device’s Camera to provide its core functionality (taking photos). The resulting photos are stored entirely on your device and are NEVER transmitted to Us.
• Location Access (GPS): The Application requires access to your Precise Location (GPS and Network-based). This is essential to provide the core geotagging feature, which includes adding latitude, longitude, address, and weather information as an overlay on your photos. Your location data is used only at the time of photo capture and is not stored or shared by Us.
• Internet Access: The Application requires internet access to fetch current weather data (based on your location) and to request and display advertisements from third-party services.

2. Third-Party Services (Advertising Services)

This Application uses third-party services to display advertisements. These services may collect and use your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. The third parties we use include:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: This service collects device and usage data (such as Advertising ID, IP address) to serve relevant ads. This data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• AppLovin (MAX): This advertising service and mediation platform may collect device identifiers and usage data to personalize advertisements. This data is subject to the AppLovin Privacy Policy.

We have no control over the technologies used by these advertising services.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: All photos you capture using the Application, along with their location metadata, are stored locally on your device’s memory. We do not have access to this media data.
• Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
